Role Overview… We are looking for a passionate and culturally aware Program Support & Community Outreach Worker to support newcomers in developing essential digital skills, integrating into Canadian society, and building community connections. You will facilitate digital literacy classes, provide one-on-one support, conduct outreach, and help bridge language and technology gaps for newcomers. Fluency in Tigrinya, or Rohingya, or Arabic is required.
