Social Services Designee- Full Time

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION Under minimal supervision, the Social Services Designee assesses resident social service needs and ensures the identified needs are addressed. Assesses resident’s social needs, cognitive abilities, and provides support for the emotional well-being of residents and families throughout the Health Center. Advocates for the resident and family, while maintaining a professional and positive customer service approach. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction. Schedule: Full Time; Monday-Friday Pay Range: $26.32 - $32.24
