Job Description
- Design and conduct mixed-methods research to inform product strategy and design decisions for growth systems and app foundations.
- Leverage quantitative methods, including survey design and statistical analysis, to understand user behaviors at scale.
- Employ qualitative methods, such as interviews and usability studies, to gain deeper contextual understanding of user needs.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights and compelling narratives for cross-functional partners.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to identify research needs and drive product impact from insights.
