Assists physician(s) with patient care in order to maximize physician productivity. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and exam rooms. Assists with stocking room supplies and maintaining clinic logs.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with surgeons and physician assistants to ensure patient understands surgical procedures and policies and obtains all necessary authorizations and consents.
- Documents patient progress by taking pre- and post-procedure photographs or 3D-images, and uploads documentation into EMR/EHR and to patient portal
- Proactively follows up with patients post-operatively
- Performs suture for post-operative patients as instructed
- Triages patient calls, documents patient concerns and questions, facilitates appointments, and ensures questions/concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Coordinates scheduling of both cosmetic and insurance minor office procedures, and assists surgeons during procedures, if necessary
- Inventory management- our nursing staff tracks and manages surgical implants, garments, injectables, and clinic supplies. Works with the team to ensure that all treatment rooms are stocked appropriately
Qualifications
- LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing
- State-issued LPN License
- Maintains CPR Certification
- 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar capacity preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to operate standard office equipment
