Job Description

Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 


Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering or technically related field 

• US Citizenship required due to ITAR restrictions 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Good verbal and written communication skills 

• Knowledge of Test, Quality and Manufacturing Methodologies preferred 

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical assemblies to the component level 

• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization 

• Experience in technical procedure development preferred 

• Project Leadership skills preferred 


Training will be OJT (on the job) during first Shift 

Work Schedule: - Monday- Friday 7am-4pm Overtime when needed
