Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage Client Services Team operations, ensuring efficient daily order processing and strong team performance. Supervise Client Services Associates (CSAs), delegate workloads, and oversee regional production. Lead hiring efforts including resume review, phone screens, and interviews. Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and annual performance reviews to meet key performance indicators. Monitor daily reports to ensure timely order processing and identify workflow improvements. Handle escalations, including complaints routed to leadership or technical teams, and support team members with complex issues. Develop best practices, procedures, and serve as a subject matter expert for projects. Oversee timecard tracking and approvals in ADP or Fieldglass.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. Completion of required training, including HIPAA and safety protocols.
