Job Description

Multinational Client Service Specialist Property, Construction & CEE Team (m/f/d) – fixed-term, 12 months Full-time (38.5 hours per week) | Fixed-term (12 months) in Vienna, Austria What you’ll be doing What will your essential responsibilities include

Support underwriters and ensure that administrative processes for the entire policy issuance cycle are carried out carefully and in a timely manner to provide the best possible service to internal and external clients Accurately implement international insurance solutions and manage correspondence with brokers and clients, as well as with AXA XL and global network partners Ensuring that the administrative processes for international insurance programs run efficiently and that the respective local policies are issued to a high standard Monitoring premium flows for co-insurers and reinsurers Timely issuance of documents for new and renewing accounts in accordance with process specifications and guidelines (including system data entry) Timely issuance of contract documents, including invoicing, in collaboration with the Credit Control Team

Proactive monitoring of the global implementation of accounts and taking necessary measures to provide support Monitoring of collections for accounts worldwide and taking appropriate action in the event of arrears Proactively and independently establishing positive relationships with clients and brokers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs Ensuring high data quality for the portfolio and taking corrective action where necessary You will report to the Team Lead Property, Construction & CEE

We offer a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 46,944.38, with the possibility of a higher salary based on qualifications and experience, as well as a competitive benefits package
