Job Description
1. Investigation & Integrity Oversight
- Conduct internal investigations related to integrity breaches, misconduct, or whistleblowing cases.
- Ensure all investigations follow SGS Investigation Policy and related guidelines: fair, fact-based, confidential, and independent.
- Prepare investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Support the Compliance Manager in handling complaints and integrity cases.
- Support Legal team on identifying potential risks, bribery by reviewing client's request or order from competent authorities.
- Localize, draft, review, and update, translate Group Policies issued by Group Compliance, guidelines, all kinds of compliance SOPs, Forms, compliance documentations in both Vietnam and English.
- Develop and maintain a system to track, monitor, and report on compliance violations and related actions; identify areas for improvement in the compliance program and proposing strategies for continuous improvement.
2. Security Risk
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect company assets, personnel, and operations. Ensures compliance with security policies and local regulations.
- Work with local teams to implement security controls (access, surveillance, emergency response).
- Conduct regular site visits and security audits to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain incident reports and security logs.
- Localize, draft, update policy in relation to physical and process security.
- Respond to incidents involving theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access and any related incidents and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with competent authorities, law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
- Daily advise on threat and facilities physical security matters.
- At least 5 years of experience in internal investigation, anti-corruption program, working with anti-bribery frameworks. Familiarity with inspection operations in TIC industry is preferred.
- University degree in a related field (e.g. Law, Business Administration, People Security University or other relevant disciplines).
- Proficient in compliance regulations, policies, ethical standards, and investigative methodologies.
- Candidates with prior investigative experience in government agencies, banks, insurance companies, or foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises are strongly encouraged to apply. Such backgrounds will be considered a valuable asset during the selection process.
- Strong analytical and interviewing skills.
- Ability to travel for investigations and site security checks.
- Demonstrate work with integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
