Drive centralized planning and execution of large, complex finance engineering programs.
Partner with engineering Program Managers (PgMs) and engineering workstream leads, application engineering leads. PgMs and business leads in building comprehensive program strategy, lead program/project management execution and close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders (technical and non-technical) across teams to enable effective decision making and communications.
Define success criteria facilitate with leads, develop-manage-monitor integrated plan, milestones, quality, performance and program deliverables, track progress, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
Triage technical issues and assess the impact of technical escalations.
