🛠️ What You’ll Do as an Engine Rebuild Mechanic:
As an Engine Rebuild Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in disassembling, repairing, and restoring diesel and natural gas industrial engines. You’ll work on power systems that support vital infrastructure and industries throughout Texas. Responsibilities include:
• Disassemble, inspect, and recondition diesel and natural gas engines • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting • Remove and install engines and generator systems • Test and adjust components for optimal performance • Conduct technical analysis and failure diagnosis • Work independently in the shop or at customer sites using a field service truck

📋 Requirements:
• Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s degree or certificate from a technical school preferred • Previous mechanic or military experience • Knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, and engine systems • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems independently
