Monday-Friday 8-4:30 pm CST; on-site required; non-remote position
Pay Range
$75.40 - $120.65Major Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and implementation of new programs and services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Leads the fiscal oversight of internal resources and the development of the annual operational and capital equipment
- budgets, long range operational plans, and growth initiatives.
- Assists in the development of marketing strategies, and enhancing existing services or creating new services based on
- observation or marketing trends and or surveys.
- Assists with coordination of construction and design of projects as needed.
- Leads the development and implementation of all imaging services.
- Ensures patient satisfaction and implements programs and improvement strategies.
- Collects, generates, analyzes, and distributes various reports, documents, and statistical data as required.
- Oversees evaluation and counseling of team members relative to performance, conduct, attendance, and/or adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations. Provides feedback for improvement.
- Approves departmental purchases, product evaluations, space, and equipment utilization as determined by policy.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- ARRT or NMTCB certification preferred. Membership
- in AHRA preferred. Experience with appropriate board certification with the radiology field and familiarity
- with all aspects of departmental policy and administrative procedures required.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Graduate of an approved Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program required.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years demonstrated success in managing within the large, acute care, academic radiology setting.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Work requires walking, standing, and sitting. Works in an office environment and interacts with a variety
- of employees and patients. Works in an analytical, physical and managerial environment. Strenuous
- physical effort may be required while assisting patients from wheelchairs, stretchers, etc. Each employee
- has the responsibility to work in a safe manner
