Service Coordinator, Adult Residential Treatment

Work Schedule: Full time, day shift.This is a direct care opportunity to support the mental health of clients in Sheppard Pratt’s Adult Residential Treatment Center. This position will be responsible for assessing and monitoring client needs, developing services plans, connecting clients to community services and resources, and advocating for clients as necessary.
