Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer and project teams to understand briefs and develop creative visual solutions aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
  • Design high-quality static digital content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, web banners and promotional materials.
  • Adapt and roll out approved campaign concepts across multiple digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare mock-ups and present creative concepts to stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Edit and amend artwork according to stakeholder feedback and obtain final signoff before release.
  • Ensure all artwork is supplied in the correct format, size and colour specifications for digital and print production.
  • Work closely with internal departments to extend campaign concepts across additional marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Support website content design and basic website updates where required.
  • Assist with print media, publishing layouts and collateral production as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working within tight deadlines and production schedules.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related creative field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a graphic design or digital design role.
  • Strong experience designing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Basic knowledge of website content design and updates.
  • Experience with print media and publishing layout design advantageous.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media and campaign design work.
  • Excellent communication, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency across digital platforms.

  • Ability to create engaging, platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other digital channels.
