Overview

Forefront Dermatology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across a designated region. The ideal candidate will leverage their healthcare or related recruiting experience and deep sourcing expertise to identify, attract, and secure top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires someone who thrives on shifting priorities, builds strong relationships with managers and candidates, and uses data to continuously optimize recruiting strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruiting process—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for clinical roles across the United States
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other internal stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience

  • Strategic Sourcing: Build pipelines and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, shape recruiting strategies, and provide consultative guidance
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruiting metrics and analytics to optimize processes and improve outcomes
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies, laws, and regulations; maintain accurate records
  • Talent Market Insight: Translate market trends into actionable strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including experience at multiple levels up to regional leadership
  • Healthcare or related recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with shifting priorities and ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including senior leadership
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage analytics to improve recruiting outcomes
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms (e.g. iCIMS, Workday)
  • Track record of delivering results against deadlines with flawless execution

 

For this position, the base pay range is $72,000-$80,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training.
