Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Compliance Intern to support financial governance, statutory compliance, grant monitoring, and internal audit functions within an FCRA-registered Not-for-profit organization. The internship provides hands-on exposure to foreign contribution regulations, donor-funded project accounting, budgeting, and risk management practices applicable to the development sector. The intern will work closely with finance, compliance, and program teams to strengthen transparency, reporting accuracy, and financial control systems in alignment with FCRA regulations, donor requirements, and Indian statutory laws.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Finance or Accounting
Strong interest in Not for profit finance, compliance, and grant management.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiarity with MS office tools and financial analysis tools.
Fundamental knowledge of FCRA regulations, NPO accounting, or FCRA compliance is preferred.
