Job Summary

  • Prepare and/or review loan documents (including but not limited to facility letters, facility agreements, security documents and instruction letters) for customers of WBG segments of the Bank.
  • Conduct pre-drawdown checking, verify obligors’ execution authority and ensure credit approvals authorities.
  • Handle the ad-hoc tasks and the administration work of LON-CCA.

Responsibility

- Handling in full spectrum of loan documentation functions with focus on:

  • prepare loan documents in the Bank’s standard template forms;
  • work with BU and legal counsel to review the non-standard loan documents;
  • attend to facility and/or security registration requirements for the purpose of ensuring enforceability of loan documents and perfection of collateral;
  • lodge the original loan documents under safe custody by the Bank;
  • ensure the loan documents to fully reflect the approved T&C as well as to comply with the external and internal guidelines / policies / regulatory requirements.

- Handling the pre-closing documentation work:

  • obtain approval from BU and/or Credit Risk Unit in case of deviations between the finalized loan documents and the initial credit approval;
  • cooperate with BU and legal counsel towards CP satisfaction.

- Handling the pre-drawdown documentation work:

  • review the constitutional documents of the obligors and the corporate authorization documents of the obligors to ensure due execution of loan documents by the obligors;
  • ensure all the CP items contemplated by the Facility Letter or the Facility Agreement to be in order;
  • proceed facility limit activation by completing the case relay report for the downstream parties to further process.

- Bachelor degree or above
