Full Stack Engineer (Mid to Tech Lead)

We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who wants more than just closing tickets — someone who wants to own systems, understand the business, and grow into a Tech Lead.
At SATURDAYS, tech is directly tied to operations — from POS, inventory, warehouse, to customer platforms.
Your work will immediately impact real stores, real customers, and real revenue.
💡 What You’ll Do

• Build and improve full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Work on real business-critical systems (POS, inventory, internal tools)
• Design APIs and integrate across multiple systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, Ops, and QA
• Debug and solve real production issues (not just dev environment)
• Contribute ideas — not just execute tasks

🧰 Tech Stack

• Backend: Node.js, Java / Kotlin (big plus if you have this)
• Frontend: React.js
• Database: PostgreSQL, MariaDB
• Others: REST API, Docker

✅ What We’re Looking For

• ~4+ years experience in software development
• Strong in Node.js + React.js
• Understand how systems work end-to-end (not just your part)
• Comfortable working independently without being micromanaged
• Able to think critically and challenge ideas when needed
• Willing to take ownership and responsibility

⭐ Big Plus If You Have

• Experience with:
  • Retail systems
  • POS or Warehouse Management Systems
  • ERP (especially ERPNext)
• Familiar with TypeScript
• Experience writing unit tests / end-to-end tests
• Exposure to AI tools to improve productivity
