Senior HR Technology Manager

Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Technology (People & Talent Enablement) Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between Business, HR, IT teams, and external vendors within a global organization of 3,000+ employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and drive the HR technology strategy and roadmap, aligned with HR function objectives.
- Drive the analysis and selection of a new system(s) to consolidate the current scattered HR landscape.
Ownership and Operational Excellence:
- Lead the scaling, optimization, and governance of current and new HR systems.
- Manage day-to-day operations, system performance, data integrity, and uptime across HR systems.
- Define and implement the optimal data integration landscape.
Program & Change Management:
- Maintain a rolling 12-month project roadmap and visibility into a 24-month planning horizon.
- Lead change management and user training programs to drive adoption and ensure effective use of current and new HR systems.
- Own the end-to-end new HRIS implementation project, including business requirements gathering, solution design, quality assurance, UAT, and post-implementation support.
Process Automation & Innovation:
- Support HR in design of new business processes leveraging the functionality and capabilities of the HR system(s).
- Identify and execute on opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency through RPA and AI/ML initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution:
- Serve as the bridge between HR, corporate IT, IT Operations and engineering, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
Governance & Compliance:
- Partner with Cybersecurity and other stakeholders to ensure data privacy, SOX compliance, and adherence to regulatory and reporting standards.
- Implement appropriate controls and risk management practices to support data integrity, confidentiality, and system reliability.
Team & Project Ownership:
- HR Automation team (up to 7 FTEs) - full direct people management, including prioritization, planning, and performance oversight.
- Own the end-to-end new HRIS implementation project(s), including relationships with vendors and third parties.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience leading multi-module HRIS implementations in complex, international environments (experience in at least 3 of areas: Core HR, Workforce Management, C&B, L&D, and Recruitment)
- Expertise in HR process optimization and data architecture, understanding of global HR workflows and best practices
- Strong familiarity with the modern HR tech ecosystem and trends (SaaS, integration layers, AI, and people analytics)
- Fluency in English required

- Annual salary from 102 000 EUR gross.
