Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SOA Developer to support the migration of a license portal to a modern, service-oriented architecture. The role involves replacing direct database interactions with REST API-based integrations using Oracle SOA Suite 12c.
This is a hands-on development role with opportunities to contribute to design decisions in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.

Good understanding of integration patterns and service-oriented architecture
Effective communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to Have
Experience in application modernization / migration projects
Exposure to cloud or API-led architecture
Prior experience working in onsite-offshore models
Work Requirements
Willingness to collaborate with US team in PST hours (morning IST overlap)
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop REST APIs for UI integration
Migrate existing functionality from direct DB calls to service-based architecture
Develop and maintain BPEL composites
Integrate REST services with PL/SQL APIs
Perform unit testing and ensure code quality before release
Prepare technical and installation documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including US stakeholders (PST overlap required)
Contribute to solution design and integration best practices
Required Skills
6–10 years of experience in SOA / Integration development
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Fusion Middleware 12c
Solid expertise in:
BPEL composites
REST API development
PL/SQL integrations
Proficiency in:
XML, JSON, XSLT
Java / JavaScript
Experience with OWSM authentication policies
