Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Contract Logistics commercial strategy with a focus on Aerospace clients (OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers).
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Lead complex tender processes (RFPs/RFQs), including solution design aligned with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100), pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, quality, finance, IT) to deliver compliant and competitive solutions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key aerospace clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to anticipate growth opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of commercial targets: revenue, margin, pipeline, and conversion rate.
- Oversee the successful transition and implementation of new business with focus on operational readiness, quality, and compliance.
- Drive innovation in logistics solutions (automation, digitalization, inventory traceability, MRO logistics, spare parts management).
- Lead and develop business development and consultative sales teams specialized in complex environments.
- Prepare executive reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with aerospace service levels and operational excellence.
Who We Are Looking For:

- +10 years of experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, or 3PL environments within Aerospace or similarly regulated industries.
- Proven experience working with Aerospace clients (OEMs, MRO, suppliers) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within Business Development, Sales, or Operations.
- Strong track record in managing key accounts and closing high-value, complex projects.
- Experience in end-to-end logistics solution design with a focus on compliance and traceability.
- Solid knowledge in pricing, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Experience in B2B commercial processes (tenders, audits, complex negotiations).
- Understanding of aerospace standards, quality systems (AS9100), and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
- Knowledge of automation, WMS, TMS, and advanced logistics technologies.
- Advanced English.
- Strategic leadership with strong business and regulatory acumen.
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills in complex, high-stakes environments.

- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
