Job Description
Overview Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Responsibilities Assure cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, pots and pans. Assure cleanliness of all china, silverware and glassware. Inspect kitchens, work rooms and equipment for cleanliness and order. Disposal of trash, grease and food according to health department standards. Overall janitorial cleaning of floors and walls. Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years’ experience as a dishwasher or kitchen cleaner. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required. Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Display strong work ethic and team work. Pay Range USD $14.50 - USD $16.00 /Hr. Tipped Position This position does not earn tips
