The Walt Disney Company offers an internship in Warsaw as a PR & CSR Intern starting on October 1st, 2026.
About the role
In this role, you will support a wide range of PR and CSR initiatives that contribute to Disney’s publicity goals and social purpose strategy. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering ongoing PR and CSR activities, as well as selected non-standard projects. This position focuses on hands-on support in the execution of campaigns and initiatives, while offering strong development opportunities in PR, CSR, and employer branding. If selected for this role, you will report to the PR & CSR Senior Manager, CEE.

What You will do
Provide support with the management and delivery of assets for use on all PR campaigns.
Support on appropriate publicity & comms activity around the activities delivered.Help create briefs to send to partners and agencies.
Assist with CSR campaigns, including cooperation with hospitals and NGOs, regular visits in hospitals, managing approval & delivery of assets and gifts.
Shadow PR & CSR managers in meetings.
Manage admin duties, finance trackers & CSR reporting.
Proactively suggest ways to improve departmental performance and processes.
Build links with other TWDC functions to develop broader knowledge of the business.
Required qualifications & skills
Fluent in Polish and very good command of English (B2+), both written and oral.
Good organization and dedication to work.
Creativity and openness.
Interest in social purpose and communication with easiness to write texts.
People’s person, enjoying working with others.
Nice to have: prior experience in PR / CSR / social media communications.
Internship Requirements:
Active student status or recently graduated
Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)
Must possess the right to work in Poland
