Job Description

Your mission

  • Partner with hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans. 
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. 
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with our company culture and job requirements. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. 
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics. 
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. 
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions. 
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process. 

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role in an international environment. 
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Experience with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making.
