Job Overview
Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing direction of Engineering and hotel management. Continually work towards and support both guests and associates.
Responsibilities
(Carpentry)
- Perform all carpentry work throughout the hotel.
- Ensure high-quality carpentry and attention to detail in all carpentry tasks.
- Execute touch-ups and maintenance carpentry as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
(Electrical)
- Repair and maintain hotel air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing & drainage system daily.
- Inspect building systems on a routine basis.
- Perform other duties according to supervisor’s requirements.
Responsibilities (Con't)
Requirements
(Carpentry)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in painting, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Proficient in various painting techniques and applications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Shift duties are required.
(Electrical)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Workers (Grade A or above) and Safety Card.
- Experience in A/C repairing will be an advantage.
- Capable of multi-skill and attentive to details.
- Shift duties are required.
- Able to work independently.
