Associate Account Manager, Peripheral Vascular - Austria
Job Description
In this role, you will support the delivery and adoption of these therapies in real clinical settings, helping improve patient outcomes while building hands-on clinical and commercial experience in complex hospital environments.
- Support Account Managers in executing therapy adoption and patient pathway implementation across assigned hospital accounts
- Provide clinical case support, including procedure preparation, in-room assistance within defined scope, and post-case follow-up
- Coordinate operational logistics such as product availability and case scheduling to ensure ≥95% on-time case readiness
- Deliver product and therapy education sessions to healthcare professionals within defined competency levels
- Maintain consistent hospital presence to support physicians, nurses, and care teams during procedures and daily operations
- Capture and report structured field insights, customer feedback, and case observations within required timelines
- Record all activities, case details, and compliance documentation accurately in company systems
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and adverse event reporting standards during all clinical activities
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical, therapy support, or healthcare environment
- Experience supporting procedures or patient care in hospital settings (e.g., cath lab, operating room, emergency care)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel
- Required clinical/vendor certifications to access hospital environments must be maintained
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related discipline
- Experience with interventional or procedural-based therapies
- Experience supporting medical device products in hospital environments
- Field-based role supporting hospitals across assigned territories
- Travel requirement: approximately 70–80%, including overnight stays and long-distance travel (up to approximately 60,000 km annually)
- Role requires extended standing periods, use of protective equipment (including lead gear), and lifting equipment up to 20 kg
- Regular exposure to clinical environments, including radiation and biological materials, in line with safety protocols
- Structured training plan provided, including clinical, product, and compliance training
