The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work culture, including health, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, retirement plans, and more to our full-time staff.   Program Overview: The Residential Care Specialist will work closely with the SA/MH Residential Program Manager to support new clients as they enter Community Residential Rehabilitation level 3 services. This role ensures that individuals' behavioral health, physical health, and other identified needs are addressed through effective coordination with River Edge programs, primary care, and community partners. The Residential Care Specialist monitors, evaluates, and records client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment mid care plan.   Location/Schedule: 201 W Mitchell Street, Milledgeville, GA – Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.   Key Responsibilities Provide direct care services and support to individuals. Supervise the development and implementation of the Individual Service Plan (ISP) for all waiver services, including annual reviews and any ISP addendums. Conduct assessments to supp01t the development of individualized service plans.   Technical Competencies: Ability to recognize contributions and celebrate accomplishments. Conflict resolution skills. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and modeling professional behavior.   Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED (Required) Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, sociology, or similar) from an accredited college or university.
