Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Westchester County
$40/hour • $125 per visit • Flexible 12-Hour Shifts
Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced LPNs for per diem opportunities throughout Westchester County, including White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Tarrytown, Ossining, Mt. Kisco, Pleasantville, and surrounding areas.

We Offer:
$40/hour for shift cases
$125 per visit
12-hour day & overnight shifts available
Fast onboarding & quick case placement

Requirements:
1+ year recent LPN experience (acute care preferred)
Active NYS LPN license & current BLS
Physical within 1 year
PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR within 10 years
Driver’s license preferred
