Job Description

· Support implementation and ongoing administration of the EasyMaint maintenance management system · Create, update, and maintain equipment, asset, and preventive maintenance records within EasyMaint · Enter, track, and maintain maintenance work orders and related documentation · Assist with development and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities · Generate maintenance reports, metrics, and KPI tracking data · Maintain maintenance department files, equipment manuals, and technical documentation · Assist with spare parts inventory control and inventory accuracy · Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintenance-related invoices · Coordinate maintenance vendor visits, contractor activities, and service providers · Support maintenance budgeting activities through recordkeeping and reporting · Assist with tracking equipment downtime and maintenance performance indicators · Support plant safety procedures and safety policies · Assist maintenance personnel with administrative and system-related activities · Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department · Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to support maintenance objectives · Perform other duties as assigned
