Job Description
- Lead partner lifecycle for OEM and JDM partners, owning outcomes and managing the identification, creation, and negotiation of ecosystem initiatives.
- Lead development and commercial terms negotiations including IP licensing frameworks, unit cost thresholds, and business growth-share terms which enable a profitable ecosystem for all parties and drive results for Google.
- Influence stakeholders with competing objectives in product, engineering, and legal to align on ecosystem strategies that support long-term product objectives.
- Oversee large workstreams for the next-gen roadmap, coordinating resources and providing account leadership for all stages of a agreement lifecycle and product launch. Utilize knowledge of the hardware industry to act as a trusted advisor for executive-level relationships.
- Set and monitor partner Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights to optimize manufacturing integrations and supply chain health.
