We’re currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our Mt. Sinai center. This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys supporting toddler development through hands-on learning, structured routines, and meaningful social-emotional interactions during some of the most important years of early childhood growth.

As a Toddler Lead Teacher, you’ll lead a toddler classroom focused on creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate childcare environment while supporting children’s learning, communication, and independence.

By collaborating with teacher assistants, preschool teachers, and fellow caregivers, you’ll help create a strong educational community where infants thrive from the very beginning.
