Territory: We are now expanding our high-quality care throughout Palm Beach County, hiring skilled Geriatric Occupational Therapists to join our team. This position covers our Central Palm Beach Zone, including Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Lake Worth.

What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality, one-on-one occupational therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
Complete Evaluations, Re-Assessments, and OASIS documentation (Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge).
Implement plans of care to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient safety.
Compensation (1099 / PRN):
OASIS Rate: $80.00 per visit
Evaluation / Treatment: $65.00 – $70.00 per visit

What You Need:
Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Kinnser/WellSky and OASIS experience is a plus.
