What You'll Do
Meal Preparation
Prepare meals by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes
Cook meals that meet dietary requirements and resident preferences
Ensure food is prepared and served with attention to quality, presentation, and taste
Food Safety & Quality
Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality
Follow all dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines
Maintain compliance with sanitation and infection control standards
Kitchen Operations
Plate, arrange, and garnish meals for an exceptional dining experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Properly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience
Current ServSafe Certification required
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or dietary services preferred
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
