Partner with PFS business units (Wealth, Mortgages, Credit Cards) to identify manual, repetitive processes ripe for automation.
Design end-to-end automation workflows that integrate with existing data analytics models. You aren't just "recording clicks"; you’re building intelligent bots.
Lead the development lifecycle using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Monitor bot performance using analytics dashboards. Use data to prove ROI and identify where bots are failing or underperforming.
Act as the translator between technical developers and non-technical business heads to ensure automation meets compliance and regulatory standards.
Ensure all bots adhere to banking security protocols, especially regarding sensitive customer financial data.
