Job Description
This position is directly responsible for ensuring top talent continues to be at the forefront of the CQ Medical competitive advantage. In coordination with talent management, this individual will facilitate hiring “A” rated candidates in all company vacancies across the organization. As part of this process, the Recruiter will assess and improve our brand presence, evaluate process and systems improvements throughout the hiring process, facilitate effective hiring practices, and review and identify metrics to ensure effective hiring. This position will work 3 days per week 8 hours per day.
