LPN

Job Summary:

Performs as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized care by performing designated elements of patient care and/or unit activities.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required:

• High school diploma.

• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.

• State-licensed practical nurse required.

• Clinic experience preferred.

• Computer skills preferred.

• Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
