Job Description
The Sr. Director of Membership & Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for membership, health and wellness, aquatics, and branch programming at the Downtown YMCA, with primary responsibility for Central YMCA operations. This role oversees the day-to-day coordination and performance of member-facing departments to ensure a high-quality, consistent, and welcoming experience for all members and program participants. The Sr. Director is responsible for driving membership growth and retention, strengthening operational effectiveness, supporting staff development, and fostering collaboration across departments.
