Quality Technician

Ensure that production work instructions are posted at each assembly station and followed. Complete piece release process and escalation process. Monitor processing of each assembly station striving for single piece flow of daily production run. Provide technical support during production run (trouble shooting). Monitor assembly process and verify part conformance to specification. Complete various end of line quailty inspections Complete all required quality documentation Use a gap gage to complete measurments Responsible for quality decisions in the absence of Quality Management. Other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor and/or manager.
