Job Description
The Assistant Hall Director (AHD) supports the administration and daily operations of a residence hall by assisting the Hall Director in managing staff, overseeing front desk operations, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The AHD supervises student staff, contributes to community development initiatives, and maintains an active presence to support student engagement and success. This role also includes participation in on-call rotation, response to incidents, and involvement in the student conduct process.
