What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with members through inbound and outbound calls

  • Schedule and conduct virtual presentations for union members who request information about their benefits

  • Provide clear explanations of coverage options and assist with enrollment or updates

  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records

  • Participate in leadership and personal development training

  • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance member experience and process efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Must pass a background check

  • High school diploma required (college education an asset, but not mandatory)

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is helpful but not required
