Your responsibilities

  • Processing of orders end to end in SAP
  • General handling and processing of product and delivery date enquiries, including sales promotions
  • Handle incoming inquiries by phone and mail and help advice our customers on technical products issues.
  • Responsible for keeping our customer data base in SAP
  • Following up on back orders, claims towards our European logistics center
  • Act as liaison between internal departments, incl. our European departments
  • Ad-hoc support to the front line team around customer support
  • Support our customers processing their orders
  • Find the best solution together with our customers and ensure they meet dedicated professionalism when contacting us
  • Help account managers drive our sale
  • Ad hoc handling of administrative tasks related to sales and logistics

Our requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Bulgarian, plus intermediate English knowledge
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Attention to details in written communication with customers
  • Ability to manage several tasks and projects at once
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member but also be comfortable with work independently
  • General working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in customer service and/or order management
  • SAP knowledge - will be an asset
  • University Degree – will be an asset
