Job Description
1. Assist Quality Manager/Supervisor to implement and maintain IATF16949, ISO9001 standards in PPG plant.
协助质量经理/主管在整个工厂实施和维护IATF16949 / ISO9001质量体系。
2. Implement internal audit according to approved plan. Prepare and join in the second party and third party’s audits. Prepare the audit finding report and be responsible to report the progress of corrective and preventive actions.
根据计划实施质量体系的内审。准备和接待二方和三方审核。追踪审核发现项的改善进度。
3. Be responsible for internal quality continuous improvement. Lead the internal NOK goods reduction and prevention; organize the internal daily quick response meeting to reduce the abnormal batches during production process.
负责内部质量持续改进,降低和预防不合格品,组织召开内部质量问题每日快速反应会以减少生产过程中出现的异常批次。
4. Act as the coordinator of the investigation and resolutions for Customer Complaints, Returned Goods Order, Problem Solving Report and Work Off Salvage. Report the progress of the resolutions of those 4 items to Quality Assurance Supervisor weekly.
负责协调追踪客户投诉、退货、问题解决报告、WOS等质量问题,并每周向质量主管汇报进展状况。
5. Be responsible for quality data collection, analysis, send the quality reports.
负责质量数据收集、统计、分析并向相关部门发送质量报告。
6. Management for quality system document according to established procedure.
依据建立的流程实施工厂质量体系文件的管理。
资历要求
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or equivalent.
本科或本科以上,化工或相关专业。
2. Familiar with problem solving skills, such as 8D, 5 why, fishbone chart.
熟悉问题解决工具和技巧,如8D、5 why、鱼骨图。
3. Be energetic and good communication skill are necessary.
必须拥有对工作高度的热情和与人合作沟通的能力。
4. English CET 4 or above.
英语CET 4 或以上。
5. Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
熟练使用MS office软件。
