Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the transformation of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall quality by implementing robust processes, utilizing advanced tools, and applying innovative methodologies. The position requires driving continuous improvements that ensure greater control, accuracy, and integrity in testing activities. The lead also fosters the development of predictive and intelligent testing strategies, leveraging automation and cutting-edge testing solutions to elevate the quality standards across projects and teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of automation frameworks and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate testing processes with development and operations teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with quality engineering best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
