As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient

Location: Highland, NY

At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:

  • $90,000-$105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
  • If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
  • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

What we look for:

  • License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Eagerness to grow & learn
  • Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
  • Team player
