
Product Specialist _MA
Job Description
- Act as the expert for specific product group(s) across all channels in the region (and sub-region), driving all business activities.
- Fully accountable for turnover and gross margin (country margin + regional BU gross margin) in alignment with the BU.
- Own product positioning and brand image in the region, in agreement with the BU.
- Drive business development and ensure resource allocation to achieve agreed targets.
- Track progress and develop necessary resources within the regional organization to support business growth.
- Build deep market intelligence (customers, competitors, pricing, coverage) and feed insights into BU strategy.
- Define tactical pricing by channel, manage product portfolio, and drive product launches & phase-outs.
- Enable sales teams through training, sales support, and customer visits, ensuring competitive advantage.
- Own communication & promotion content, and track campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution between BU and regional operations.
Majored in Engineering, Marketing or Project Management skills as a plus
3-5 years+ within product marketing or channel marketing
Good English and local language skills, above average presentation skills
Comprehensive Knowledge of the 5P's and their leverages in the market
Skilled in market intelligence and consumer behavior analysis
Strong data analysis skills and data insight
Flexibility and creativity, be determined, energetic, self motivation, ownership, result oriented.
