GTM Recruiting at Krea
We're a small team but ready to scale our go-to-market function — sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. You'll work directly with the founders and hiring managers to find the right people and run a fast, thoughtful hiring process end to end.
What you'll do:
Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals.
Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, and closing.
Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role.
Track the GTM talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving, what candidates care about.
Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are.
Who we're looking for:
4+ years recruiting GTM talent — sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, or revenue operations. You know what a strong quota-carrying rep looks like, and you know how to close one. You're organized, fast, and don't let things fall through the cracks.

Sourcing beyond LinkedIn — events, communities, referral networks
Early-stage or founder-led hiring
Building out GTM functions from scratch, not just backfilling seats
