Job Description

Red Jacket Resorts, Cape Cod's premier vacation destination, is looking for a reliable, dedicated, and hardworking Sous Chef for the 2026 season. Do you have a passion for creating high-quality culinary cuisine with a New England flair?

The Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef and is responsible for the overall management, development, and training of kitchen staff. In this role, a Sous Chef ensures that all health regulations, safety standards, culinary expectations and hotel and departmental policies are followed. Exemplifies the philosophy and mission of Red Jacket Resorts.
