How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate competency-based nursing education programs that support clinical excellence across the continuum of care.
- Partner with nursing leaders and clinical staff to identify educational needs and create targeted learning solutions that enhance clinical performance.
- Design and deliver evidence-based educational programs, measuring outcomes to ensure learning objectives and organizational goals are achieved.
- Serve as a strategic consultant for Nursing Professional Development (NPD) initiatives, supporting clinical competency, professional growth, and performance improvement.
- Manage and maintain competency and performance standards for nursing and interprofessional teams, promoting safe, high-quality patient care and practice at the highest level of licensure.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
Work Experience:
- Required professional licensure at time of hire.
