Job Description:

Project Manager, EMSD, CHK
We are seeking an experienced customer project manager in Electronics to lead customer project  delivery,  ensuring  projects  are  completed  on  time,  within  budget,  and  meet predefined  quality  standards,  drive  sales  and  supporting  functions  to  move  ahead  with multiple  customers.  The  ideal  candidate  will  coordinate  cross-functional  teams,  manage stakeholder  expectations,  and  drive  continuous  process  improvement  across  all  project phases.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop comprehensive customer project plans including scope definition, timeline scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
2. Lead  daily  standups,  weekly  status  reviews,  and  critical  milestone  meetings  to track project progress and resolve roadblocks, aggressively drive projects moving forward.
3. Serve  as  the  primary  point  of  contact  for  internal  and  external  stakeholders, communicating customer project updates, changes, and deliverables proactively.
4. Identify  potential  project  risks,  develop  mitigation  strategies,  and  implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
5. Conduct  post-project  retrospectives  to  document  lessons  learned  and  optimize future project workflows.
6. Ensure  all  project  documentation  is  properly  archived  and  accessible  for  team reference and audit purposes.

Your Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, communication Engineering, marketing or related field;
• More than 5-8 years of experience working in project management
• Fluent English in communication
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Better to have experience in Electronics
• Data center and fiber optic connector industry experience is preferred
• Good communication, coordination, planning and execution.
• Strong leadership, ability to lead across functions with excitement and enthusiasm and bringing the team/organization along on the journey.
