Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition is a senior-level Talent Acquisition professional responsible for enabling, standardizing, and scaling recruiting operations. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, who leads recruitment strategy and delivery teams through the redesign of recruiting processes, governance, technology, and performance standards, this role serves as the primary operational and analytical partner driving implementation, execution and performance visibility.
