How you will make an impact
Global Product Administration team is responsible for product data creation, maintenance, delisting and clean-up. The team work in strong collaboration with our Global Product Coordinators and Global Product Managers making sure we execute the launches of new products and changes to existing products.
You will be expected to
- Drive end-to-end product data management by owning creation, changes, and delisting of items in 3DX/SAP. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate closely with Markets and Product Managers to deliver product data updates and projects in line with agreed timelines and business requirements for the responsible category and dairy.
- Ensure delivery of Product Masterdata KPI’s by proactively identifying issues and raising need for necessary corrections. Across systems
- Coordinate product masterdata clean-up activities and ensure data is aligned between systems
- Provide high level of service and build strong collaboration amongst stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization, enhancement of product management tools, and participation in key projects and operational initiatives.
- Handle tasks assigned by manager
What will make you successful
We are looking for candidates with a background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. The role is well suited for experienced candidates with (2-3 years) of experience in product management or a similar administrative/coordination function. Alternatively, you bring relevant office-based experience from a comparable role. Familiarity with systems such as SAP or 3DX are an asset. Strong English skills both written and spoken are required.

- High attention to detail – ensure consistently accurate, high-quality outputs while proactively resolving issues.
- Strong prioritization skills – manage multiple demands effectively, focusing on high-impact tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive collaboration skills – build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and drive alignment across teams.
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
